    All key programs will be designed according to the needs and competency model of the company. Various core programs will be inter-connected and provide a progression of knowledge and skills.

    All developmental programs will be customized to the business environment and training needs of the company. We will also take into consideration other training and development the Company may have provided to avoid duplication or to facilitate reinforcement.
